Alhamdulillah :D

Praise be to Allah for all the things he lend for us , for the breath , for the movement , for the guidance , and whatever it is , do remember 

"Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return"

so , why do we have to be so proud and forget him ? , there is nothing ours , their all His , including us . Yes , You and Me (:

The most important thing we have to do is being GRATEFUL . because....

and we can't ever finish listing down all them

And the most interesting is :
 don't you know that there is a psychology research said that being grateful can control our mind with positive thinking and being a pessimist person which is very helpful to motivate ourselves in daily life . So , what are you waiting for ?


Ouh yeah ,

I have been asked by my study skills lecturer to list out appreciation everyday for about 3 months to prove that there will a positive and great impact to ourselves by being a grateful person . However , I just can't figure it out as i had only do it only about 5 weeks hehe ;p

To conclude , being a grateful person will track and remind us of our creator who had planned everything in this world for the best because:

                   But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.
